Odinsa S.A. is a Colombian company that is dedicated to the structuring, promotion, management and development of highway and airport infrastructure projects with an operational presence in Colombia, Ecuador, Aruba and the Dominican Republic.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grupo Argos, a Colombian conglomerate with major investments in the cement and energy industries.
It is an investor and operator of airports in Colombia and Ecuador through the following subsidiaries:
Opain SA. Odinsa holds a 34.99% share in Opain S.A,which is the operator and manager of El Dorado International Airport serving the capital city of Bogota in Colombia. With the shares directly held by Grupo Argos, Grupo Argos and Odinsa together hold 65% of shares in Opain S.A. Opain SA holds a 20-year concession for the operation and management of El Dorado International Airport until 2027.
Corporación Quiport S.A. Odinsa holds a 46.5% share in Corporación Quiport (Quiport), which holds the concession for 35 years for the operation, administration, maintenance and improvement of the airport serving the city of Quito in Ecuador, from 2006 to 2041.
International Airport Finance S.A. Acquired in March 2019 by Odinsa, International Airport Finance SA was incorporated with ownership interests of 46.50% classified as a joint venture investment. Located in Spain, International Airport Finance SA is a vehicle for the development of credit activities associated to the airport sector.
