In 2021, the airports in CCR’s portfolio – Belo Horizonte, San Jose, Quito and Curaçao – saw a year-on-year increase in passenger traffic by 53.3%, with 2021’s total passenger traffic reaching 6.51 million.
With total passenger traffic across all four airports seeing double-digit growth rates in 2021, it is clear that CCR Airports has benefited from the general recovery in terms of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The recovery continued to be sustained in the first quarter of 2022, with total passenger traffic across the same airports seeing a 92.4% increase compared to the first quarter of 2021.
